Three easy steps.

01

Download your planner.

Download your sample or purchased planner and PDF guide as a ZIP. Open the ZIP in Files on your iPad to reveal both PDFs.

02

Import into Goodnotes.

Import the planner PDF into Goodnotes as a new notebook. Keep the included setup guide and original download for reference.
03

Tap to explore. Write to plan.

Tap the linked tabs with your finger to navigate. You can also navigate with Apple Pencil in preview mode. Switch to the writing tool to handwrite your plans.

Your calendar, close at hand.

The optional Calendar Connection uses Apple Shortcuts for Open Calendar, Add Event, and Add Reminder. Google calendars can participate when they are added to Apple Calendar.
The video above covers optional Calendar Connection setup. Use the installer supplied with your planner. Events and reminders save in their Apple apps; they do not appear in the planner automatically.

What stays in my planner?

Your handwriting, highlights, and notes remain in your writing app. Editing an event in Calendar does not rewrite the planner PDF.

Can I add more writing space?

The planner includes lined, wide ruled, dotted, grid, and blank templates. Follow your app-specific guide to copy a template and paste it where you need it.
